Mindful Stress Management Courses
The core of many of our issues is our own personal response to stress. Balancing the demands of our careers and families is one of our era’s challenges. Doing so in a foreign country without the support of close family and friends doubles the challenge.
In my Mindful Stress Management classes, I lead participants through a series of basic meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and imagery exercises, all designed to bring forth a state of deep relaxation. My four and eight week courses as well as my weekly sessions will help you find balance, inner peace and groundedness.
